Milk Before Bed started with cookies, and I'm not giving them up anytime soon.
These days, cookies are available for celebrations, events, gifting, larger orders, and the occasional drop — basically, the moments when a few really good cookies can make things better.

Milk Before Bed cookies are available for larger gatherings and occasions, with a four-dozen minimum and at least two weeks' notice for most orders. Tell me a little about what you're planning, how many people you're feeding, and when you need everything. We'll figure out the cookies from there.

Brown Butter & Bad Decisions
The chocolate chip cookie. Brown butter, plenty of chocolate, flaky salt, and the kind of bad decision you probably won't regret.
Morning Coffee Shortbread
Buttery shortbread finished with a coffee glaze. Technically acceptable before noon.
Cloud Nine Marshmallow Bars
Soft, chewy marshmallow bars with crisp cereal, buttery vanilla, and just enough salt to keep things interesting. Nostalgic in the best way, and very hard to stop eating once you start.
Spicy Evening Gingerchew
Chewy ginger cookies with warm spice and candied ginger. Cozy with a little bite.
Just One More Bite Brownies
Deep, dark chocolate brownies baked in individual tins because apparently cutting a normal brownie wasn't enough.

Events, celebrations + other good excuses for cookies
You don't need a wedding to order cookies.
If you're hosting, gifting, or celebrating something — or you just want to be the person who shows up with the good dessert — Milk Before Bed can work for that. Orders can be kept simple or dressed up with gifting and packaging depending on what you need.
Larger orders are available for company events, client and employee gifting, and other occasions where a dozen cookies simply isn't going to cut it. If you're planning something larger, reach out early — we can talk quantity, flavors, packaging, timing, and whether you've accidentally volunteered to feed 150 people.
The Occasional Cookie Drop
Every once in a while, I just want to bake cookies. No event. No giant order. No elaborate plan.
When that happens, I'll announce a limited cookie drop through Instagram and the Late Night Cookie Club. First come, first served, until I run out of cookies or good judgment.

Things To Know.
Most orders require a minimum of four dozen cookies and at least two weeks' notice. Pickup is in the Santa Clarita area, and delivery may be available depending on the size and location of the order. Flavor selection and packaging options vary by order.
Milk Before Bed operates as a California Cottage Food business, so cookies are prepared in a home kitchen. If allergies or dietary restrictions are part of your order, please mention them when you inquire so we can talk through what is — and isn't — possible.
